Enjoy another side of Irish Culture with the Art of Patrick Graham at Jack Rutberg Fine Arts in Pasadena. Cited by art historians, critics, and legions of artists as Ireland’s foremost contemporary artist, Patrick Graham’s distinctive and impactful works brought Irish art into the 20th- and 21st-Centuries. Notes from Ireland provides a rare opportunity to view the scarce works of an artist who has been honored as a “living national treasure” for forty years through his induction into Aosdána–Ireland’s honorary academy of art, music, and literature. Now through April 18th, learn more about this exhibition here.

They discuss the state of Irish music, its popularity in Japan, and a variety of other topics. You can read “A Celtic Celebration with Irish Band Lúnasa Reels through Pasadena” at this link.
