Double Concert this Evening in Pasadena

Two Americana singer-songwriter duos bursting with talent — The Odd Birds and Joselyn & Don — will perform this evening at Knox Presbyterian Church, 225 S. Hill Ave., Pasadena. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Both of these L.A.-based couples sing passionately about love, nature and community with forthrightness that makes audiences think and smile. On their albums and in live shows they’ve been winning admirers with their expressive songs, soaring voices, strong harmonies and adept accompaniment.

Admission for this doubleheader costs just $25, payable at the door by cash or check only. Caltech students and younger students through high school can attend for $10. Doors will open about 7 p.m. for the 7:30 show.

This is the second in our New Artist Series of concerts, supporting excellent live music at good prices by musicians new to our four-decade series of concerts.
